Why did you choose this career/study programme?

 My career

In this post I want to talk about the reason why I chose my career.

I remember that in high school I loved the subject of History, I reviewed my classmates before an exam and sometimes I helped my teachers to lead the classes, since I was little I wanted to study history pedagogy and in my last year of high school I saw other options. Law, Special Education Pedagogy, Social Work and Anthropology were my options, I was undecided because I didn't know what to choose.

I finally decided to study Anthropology because of the curriculum, because of the study of the human and everything that leads us to the way we are now. During the first semester I had an approach with biology that I have loved, I have searched for information about bioanthropology and I would really like to dedicate myself to that.

Pedagogy of history to Anthropology physic  Since elementary school I had  the dream of being a history teacher, in high school  the only thing  I did was  to enhance that dream. A photo and its Story

I took this photo on October 8 when I went to the Colonial Art Museum in San Francisco, there is a great diversity of animals in this place; chickens, cats, peacocks and fish. The peacock in the photo looked at my cell phone camera and I took the photo immediately. I like this photo because of the curious look the peacock has, as if it wants to identify who are the people who are visiting its quiet space.  The interesting thing about the moment of the photo was that the peacock was the one that approached me and not the other way around, I didn't even make a sound or movement for it to approach, it approached on its own. Apparently it was a peacock sociable with humans. I am struck by how natural the animal appears, almost always in peacock photos photographers expect the peacock to open its big wings, being that the look is also something quite interesting that we should appreciate more.

Blog 4: Time travel to the past or future

 Mmm I think I would like to travel to both eras, but for a short time (a week in each), this would be to have time to explore, discover and reflect on situations that I will explain later.  Usually, historical facts have several sources and stories that contradict each other (mainly when it comes to wars, discoveries and colonizations), for this reason I would go to the past to discover and observe to have an opinion about it, since many times in historical texts situations are "censored" or sometimes it is simply because they are unknown due to lack of archaeological material. Also, I would like to travel to the past to observe the way of life of some people who are no longer in the present, since sometimes anthropologists have the bad habit that when they do not know why such people did such activity, the answer will always be "ritual", being that it could not always have been so. On the other hand, I would like to travel to the future because of the uncertainty
