My favorite piece of technology

 My computer

I have had two computers in my life, the first one lasted me six years old and in May this year I bought another one as I need a faster computer.

My computer during the pandemic has become my best friend, I use it every day  without fail to study, read, chat with my friends, watch movies or series and ocassionally write to let off steam, when I leave home for more than two days I must take my computador with me.

I don't really know much about  technology, so all the
aplications and website I use are very easy to use, but little by little I have been learning and immersing myself more and more in the world of technology.

I really like the computer because it's just an object and it serves for many important things, I know I won´t die if I don't use it but it makes my life much easier and faster.

A photo and its Story

I took this photo on October 8 when I went to the Colonial Art Museum in San Francisco, there is a great diversity of animals in this place; chickens, cats, peacocks and fish. The peacock in the photo looked at my cell phone camera and I took the photo immediately. I like this photo because of the curious look the peacock has, as if it wants to identify who are the people who are visiting its quiet space.  The interesting thing about the moment of the photo was that the peacock was the one that approached me and not the other way around, I didn't even make a sound or movement for it to approach, it approached on its own. Apparently it was a peacock sociable with humans. I am struck by how natural the animal appears, almost always in peacock photos photographers expect the peacock to open its big wings, being that the look is also something quite interesting that we should appreciate more.

Why did you choose this career/study programme?

 My career In this post I want to talk about the reason why I chose my career. I remember that in high school I loved the subject of History, I reviewed my classmates before an exam and sometimes I helped my teachers to lead the classes, since I was little I wanted to study history pedagogy and in my last year of high school I saw other options. Law, Special Education Pedagogy, Social Work and Anthropology were my options, I was undecided because I didn't know what to choose. I finally decided to study Anthropology because of the curriculum, because of the study of the human and everything that leads us to the way we are now. During the first semester I had an approach with biology that I have loved, I have searched for information about bioanthropology and I would really like to dedicate myself to that.

Blog 3: My dream job

Pedagogy of history to Anthropology physic  Since elementary school I had  the dream of being a history teacher, in high school  the only thing  I did was  to enhance that dream. I prepared myself to give a good PTU  and be able  to enter the UMCE, I did history classes before the tests  and there  was even and time when  I gate private lessons to people outside my school, the truth is that I really liked teaching and more it if was  history. In my fourth year of high school,  I saw that this dream was getting closer and closer, and it was when I was finally able to reflect on the disadvantages of choosing this profession; job field and salary. I talked to many professors about the "unpleasant" part of this discipline, and sadly they confirmed what I already knew, it was very difficult to find a job, as there were quite a few history professors.
